## On-Site Service

We'll [come out to your home or business](/content/services/service-area.php) and solve your problems. Your computer and all its cables stay put. All services billed at an hourly rate with a minimum of one hour.

with a one hour minimum

### Benefit

We can solve problems involving multiple computers and complex issues more quickly. Some issues depend on environment, like wireless networks.

## Pickup & Delivery

We'll stop by and take your computer back to our workbench. When it's fixed, we'll take it back to you. Pickup & Delivery is free [within 10 miles](/content/services/service-area.php) of Edwardsville, IL. Farther away, an on-site appointment is recommended.

Or flat rate for specific services

### Benefit

Some issues, like virus removals, can take several hours to complete but require far less hands-on time. Many services can be completed at a flat rate.

## Remote Assistance

You download a small program. With permission, we can see your screen and take control, wherever you are. All you need is an Internet connection. Service is billed quarter-hourly, based on actual hands-on time.

$80/hr.

Billed at $20 per quarter hour.

### Benefit

We can answer a quick question, check a symptom, or give a quick tutorial, but still leave you with a small bill at the end. Remote service is not ideal for virus removal.
